What kind of trees have you grown in your life?
Have you constantly watered the negative seeds or the positive ones?
Positivity is not in our DNAs from beginning because we are naturally prone to negativity. Yes! Humans are self-centered and negative from birth, that is why a little child knows how to be troublesome without being taught by anyone.
However, as we grow into maturity, we move from being “naturally negative” to being “naturally positive” by watering certain seeds that eventually turn into trees making us emotionally, mentally, socially and spiritually sound humans.
What am I saying? In our lives, we are faced with many positive and negative seeds in form of thoughts, words and experiences.
But what seeds have you chosen to groom and grow? Have you struggled with a bad habit all to no avail?
Sweetheart, it could be a sign that there are some negative seeds you’ve nurtured and watered, they’ve grown into deep rooted trees.
But that’s not the end of the world!
So, here’s the point.
If our positive seeds have become weak, there is a tendency we aren’t watering them correctly. We need to learn ways on how to water them and make them grow stronger. The best and more effective way of killing our negative seeds permanently is to avoid watering them. It won’t be easy, but it’s worth every try. The more you avoid doing those things that will make your negative seeds grow, the more they’ll whither. Very simple!
These are those little seeds we water daily
These seeds have both negative and positive sides to them. If you constantly entertain hurtful and abusive words from people, you might have successfully watered a bad seed that would grow into a tree that would only fill your heart with bitterness and hate.
If your thoughts are always fear and doubt laden, and you make no effort to change these thoughts to wholesome and faith-filled thoughts, then you have set yourself up for a complete wreck.
On the other hand, watering the positive seeds will include entertaining
• Beautiful words/thoughts
Careful actions and love.
These will better your life because you would become confident, have a healthy self-esteem, happiness and an open mind for success. Yes, SUCCESS! Because everything we do is a reflection of how we think and act.
Like my friend will always say “The kind of seed you water in your life will go a long way in molding you to either become a better person or someone worse.”
