The immoderate use of modern cell phones is crazily alarming because so many of us are in serious relationships with our phones. Hence, we take them everywhere we go, even to our beds.

Charging your phone with you in bed while you sleep is really a major safety concern and should be taken seriously. The earlier you go to bed, the more your body will feel rejuvenated the next day. Sometimes our phones are the reason we don’t get the adequate rest we desire and we end up having body-aches and falling ill every now and then.
